The scope focused on upgrading the home’s exterior envelope with new siding, soffit installation, fascia repair, and detailed metal work—improving both durability and overall curb appeal.
Unexpected Problems during Home Renovations
During the siding removal process, hidden issues were uncovered behind the existing exterior.
Active wasp and hornet nests were found within the wall cavities—creating a hazardous environment that needed to be handled properly before installation could continue.
