What is your Home Remodel clean-up process?
A lot of work we do can get really messy, but we understand the importance of having a clean, functioning living space. We clean every single day we work no matter the project. Even a matter of tracking dirt into your house, or even the re-arrangement of your furniture after a project, we’ve got you covered.
Can you provide references from previous clients?
While this may not be the first step in the process, DLR stands behind all work we’ve completed. We are thrilled to share some projects with you and show you truly what DLR is capable of, with real homeowners and returning clients to back us.
Will you provide a written contract outlining the project?
Yes, DLR will provide an extensive outline of the scope of work. We will provide costs of materials, labor costs, and any unforeseen work/Added on work.
What's the payment schedule?
DLR accepts zelle and cashapp, along with integrating a contactless payment system for convenience. DLR needs at-least 1/3 of the cost of the job up-front to start supplying materials and expenses.

We want this process to be as smooth as possible. You’re bound to run into unforeseen trouble, but the way you respond changes everything. Most issues aren’t as catastrophic as they may seem, and some are worse than we could have ever imagined but withholding a positive attitude and focusing on a solution is one of our main attributes that allow us to make it happen!

DLR is licensed and insured for all projects we take on through the state of Ohio. Depending on the scope of work and the relationship with the client, DLR will only take on projects that we are completely knowledgeable and experienced in.

Yes, any issue a customer may have, we urge them to call us as soon as possible before any other damage occurs. For instance, if a toilet leaks, we would come back to ensure no other water damage could affect your house, as well as replace the toilet.
