We installed white vinyl handrails with sleek black aluminum spindles, balancing classic style with modern contrast. To ensure future flexibility, our crew accommodated electrical access and added extra girder support—perfect for homeowners planning to add a hot tub later on.

Instead of traditional lattice skirting, we crafted a vinyl board-and-batten skirt for a clean, low-maintenance finish that complements this home’s exterior. The surrounding patio area was regraded, lifted, and sealed, forming a perimeter retaining wall effect for both aesthetics and structure. Matching composite steps tie the design together, providing safe and seamless access.
