Complete Bathroom Renovation with Large Format Tile (LFT) Installation

At DLR Construction, we completed a full bathroom renovation designed for durability, style, and everyday comfort. The project began with removing the outdated flooring, fixtures, and tile, making way for new large-format tile (LFT)installed with precision for a clean, modern look.

We upgraded the entire space with a new bathtub, new sink, new toilet, and all updated plumbing, ensuring reliable, long-lasting performance. The shower walls were rebuilt with new materials, and we finished the space with matching amenities including a shower rod, shower faucet, shower head, matching handle set, towel racks, door hardware, drains, and a clean frameless mirror for a sleek finish.

To complete the buildout, we handled all framing, drywalling, mudding, sanding, and painting, along with new carpentry and white trim to create contrast against the darker tile. A solid vinyl trim was installed around the tub for added protection against paint chipping and moisture buildup.

We also installed a new ventilation fan, upgraded lighting, replaced the register cover, and completed all electrical work to bring the bathroom up to modern standards.

Every detail—from caulking around the tile and trim to selecting matching fixtures—was designed to give the homeowner a clean, cohesive, and refreshed bathroom built to last.
