Here, we had to blow out an exterior wall to add an addition with an open flow, seamlessly connecting these rooms. This additional room gave the kitchen the space it was missing, along with a number of other benefits like increasing the value of the home, etc.
This addition is 18ftx14ft and has 2 sky lights. These sky lights create a more inviting ambience, as well as improved energy efficiency and enhanced ventilation. All interior work and exterior work was performed by DLR.
This job required our crew to custom arrange the kitchen to include the wall oven, and a custom-built island with over hang for seating, as well as a self-rimming sink.
